01. Introduction

Meet our client: A tech titan in the IT services industry, headquartered in the heart of Washington’s Silicon Forest. Having shaped the industry for two decades, they work shoulder to shoulder with big-league names such as Microsoft, Amazon, PeopleSoft, Oracle and more. But they were facing a hurdle – a desire to supercharge their Indian workforce, adding fresh talents to their already impressive team of over 2,000 strong.

02. The challenges

But the path to expanding their team was littered with obstacles. Despite their best efforts through all the major recruitment channels like Naukri, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn, the talent they needed stayed frustratingly out of reach. A competitive market coupled with a high employment rate among skilled workers was playing hide and seek with their recruitment ambitions.

Adding to this, they were in the dark about their recruitment metrics. No insights into applicant reach, recruitment expenditures, and potential candidates’ interest levels and interview show-ups made it a shot in the dark. A change was needed.

03. The game plan

The solution? We opted for an approach that was as comprehensive as it was creative. We decided to zoom in on each recruitment campaign, analyzing the audience profile for each job title. This was coupled with tailoring the value proposition to make the positions irresistibly attractive to the right candidates.

A quick and efficient opt-in form was designed to capture applicant information swiftly. On the backend, we decided to harness the power of Microsoft 365 to create an interactive dashboard that tracked and managed every piece of recruitment data imaginable.

And the cherry on the cake? Focused and strategic campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn, using the power of audience narrowing techniques to ensure our net was cast in the right waters.

To filter out irrelevant profiles, we integrated a series of questions that eliminated incompetent profiles, enabling the recruitment team to focus solely on relevant and potential candidates

04. Results

The results were nothing short of astounding. Over a period of just four months, these strategic maneuvers yielded a massive influx of over 30,000 interested applicants from diverse technology backgrounds. This laser-focused approach connected our client with the right talent, streamlining the application process and boosting growth within the organization.
